Different ideas need different methods. From recycled materials to hyper-realistic detail, our three production methods give you freedom to choose what matters most.

1.
Built for scale.
A high-volume method using 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene (PP). Vertical and horizontal blow molding machines form the base structure. Each piece is then sanded, polished, assembled, and packed for shipment.
2.
Built for detail.
A flexible method for more complex, customized mannequins. Often combined with fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), it allows for hyper-realistic and expressive facial features.
3.
Built for circularity.
Our proprietary 3D printing technology uses 100% recycled PET-G. At end of life, mannequins can be repurposed into new products. It’s the world’s first mass-manufacturing 3D printing method.
